SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

At Alcyon, we want your subscriptions to make life simpler. You stay in full control: you can change, pause, or cancel them at any time, free of charge and without having to call anyone.
How to cancel a subscription
Log into your customer account on alcyonsel.com.
Go to the "My subscriptions" section.
Click "Cancel" next to the subscription concerned.
That's all. No call, no email, no justification needed.
When does cancellation take effect
Cancellation takes effect immediately. No additional order will be prepared or charged after cancellation.
Important: if cancellation happens after a renewal has already been charged and prepared, the order already on its way cannot be recalled. Cancellation applies to subsequent deliveries.
Pausing a subscription
If you don't want to cancel completely, you can also pause your subscription from your customer account. You'll be able to reactivate it later, without starting over.
Modifying a subscription
From your customer account, you can also:
change the delivery frequency
update your delivery address
change your payment information
add or remove products

If you have trouble cancelling or modifying a subscription from your customer account, write to us at info@alcyonsel.com and we'll do it for you. We're a small team with a high volume of emails, but we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Fees and guarantees
Cancelling a subscription is free. We don't charge any cancellation fee, penalty, minimum payment, or commitment period. Your subscriptions have no commitment period.
