 What is the new subscription program?

Thanks to our new subscription program, you can now subscribe to your favorite product, or build a basket that includes all your favorite items, at the frequency that best matches your consumption cycle. It’s a program designed with you in mind, offering exclusive discounts and surprises, and a pantry always stocked with your Alcyon essentials.

How does the subscription work?

1. Choose your favorite product on our website OR build your basket with your favorite items on our "The Salt Reserve" page.

2. Select your replenishment frequency (e.g., every month, every 2 months, etc.)

3. Receive your products automatically, without having to think about it

4. Modify or cancel your subscription at any time, with full flexibility

Eligible products for subscription

 Enjoy the best of the Magdalen Islands with a selection of salty, sweet, or spicy products rooted in our maritime heritage, carefully crafted in Quebec:

• Fine sea salts and natural sea salt flakes

• Flavored salts

• Artisanal caramels, chocolate or maple

• BBQ spices and hot sauces made with authentic ingredients

• Chutneys and confits, cooked with care and boldness

How to subscribe

1.  Go directly to the "The Salt Reserve" page on our website to create your selection of favorite products;

2. Visit your favorite product’s page to subscribe directly if you only want to subscribe to a single item.

   Please note: You must have a Canadian address to be eligible for delivery.

Frequency and delivery

No one knows you better than you do. That’s why we offer the following delivery frequencies, letting you receive your favorite products at your own pace:

• Monthly delivery (every month)

• Bi-monthly delivery (every 2 months)

• Quarterly delivery (every 3 months)

• Semi-annual delivery (every 6 months)

• Annual delivery (once a year)
  We process orders within 4 business days (for first orders), and then according to the chosen frequency.

During summer (June to September), orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Magdalen Islands. Due to weekly boat departures, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We work with the fastest available carriers, but some delays may occur depending on the region and season.

The rest of the year (September to May), orders are shipped from our Montreal warehouse, and delivery typically takes about a week.

Pricing, fees, and discounts

Subscriptions are free with no additional fees. Enjoy discounts and extra savings as your basket value increases:

• 10% off all products for baskets between $0–$100

• 15% off products for baskets of $101 and up

• Free shipping when your basket reaches $60 ($75 for non-subscribers)

• Exclusive surprises may be included in your orders when you least expect it.

Payment and billing

Your subscription is set up in just a few clicks, with instant confirmation by email once activated. Before each renewal, you'll receive a reminder by email, followed by a payment confirmation. You can update your payment information anytime from your account.

Modifying your subscription

You can manage your subscription from your account. You can update your delivery address, payment information, and subscription products.

 Cancelling or pausing your subscription

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time, free of charge.
