Spiced Tomato Jam: Sweet and gently spiced, it marries the freshness of tomatoes with the heat of jalapeño and ginger, in perfect balance. On a cheese board, with roasted vegetables or as a finishing touch on a quiche, it reveals all its magic. Suggested use: firm or bloomy-rind cheeses, ricotta toasts, grilled vegetables, frittatas, gourmet sandwiches.

Ingredients (Spiced Tomato Jam): Tomatoes, onions, organic cane sugar, cider vinegar, jalapeño, ginger, Alcyon sea salt, canola oil, spices, pectin, lemon juice. May contain traces of nuts, mustard, sesame, gluten, soy.

Onion, Thyme & Apple Confit: A classic revisited with our homemade touch. This caramelised confit brings together the sweetness of apples, the depth of onions and the freshness of thyme.
