Sauteed in a little butter and lemon, scallops are the perfect companion for al dente pasta . Add fresh parsley and a touch of sea salt for delicious simplicity.



Grilled fish tacos
Marinate white fish in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, thyme and citrus zest, then grill it. Serve in tacos with lettuce, salsa, and finish with a pinch of sea salt.



Creamy lobster bisque
In this creamy soup, combine the richness of lobster with a creamy base. Simmer the lobster pieces in a mixture of broth, cream and seasonings. A pinch of sea salt as a finishing touch.
